R.O.O.T. — Nomadic Communities

A 4-week dual-facilitated program · For teams, communities & organizations

R.O.O.T.

Regenerative Organization Operations Training

Your group has vision.
It has people who care.
And still — something isn't flowing.

Decisions get murky. Energy leaks out. The culture you intended hasn't fully taken root. This is fixable.

The pattern we keep seeing

Most groups that come to us
aren't failing. They're stuck.

Stuck in the gap between the vision they share and the reality of working together day to day. Stuck in communication patterns nobody designed and nobody knows how to change. Stuck in roles that aren't clear, agreements that aren't held, and a meeting culture that leaves everyone slightly drained.

This isn't a people problem. It's a systems problem. And systems can be rebuilt.

Decision-making that drags
No clear process. Meetings that don't resolve. The same conversations happening again next week.
Unspoken resentment
Agreements that were never made explicit. Expectations that weren't named. Roles bleeding into each other.
Culture drift
The group you intended to build and the group you're actually in have quietly diverged. Nobody knows how to say it.

R.O.O.T. is a 4-week intensive that goes into the living structure of your group and rebuilds it — not in theory, but in practice, with your actual people, in your actual situation.

What we work through together

Four modules.
One unified direction.

Module 01
Culture
Building the invisible field
The trust that makes everything else possible. Listening circles, authentic communication practices, emotional responsibility, and the small daily signals that tell people whether this is a safe place to tell the truth.
Module 02
Structure
Ending the ambiguity
Clarifying roles, responsibilities, and contribution so every member knows where they stand and what they're accountable for. Cleaning up or forming agreements that actually hold. No more invisible contracts.
Module 03
Flow
From autocracy to Solutionary
Moving your group toward a culture where conflict is addressed early, resolved cleanly, and prevented where possible. Non-Violent Communication as a living practice. Misunderstandings met, not managed.
Module 04
Integration
The new structure in real time
Your group's first fully guided meeting — running the new structure live, with facilitation, so the learning doesn't stay conceptual. You leave knowing it works because you just did it.

The format

Four weeks.
Two facilitators in the room.

Dual-facilitated means nothing falls through the cracks and every voice has somewhere to go. One group investment — not per seat.

4
Weeks
One module per week. Each builds directly on the last.
2
Facilitators
Dual facilitation. Every voice has somewhere to go.
2h
Per session
Interactive, live. Not a webinar. Your actual group doing the actual work.
1
Investment
One group contribution. Not priced per seat.

Who this is for

If your group is already trying
this accelerates what's possible.

Intentional communities
Six to eighteen months in and starting to feel the friction. The honeymoon is over. Something needs to be built that actually holds.
Purpose-driven teams
You've outgrown informal culture. The founding energy is still there but the systems haven't caught up with the size.
Founding groups
You need to get genuinely aligned before you scale anything. Building on misalignment is expensive in every direction.
Organizations that have tried
You've done other approaches and found them too abstract to stick. This goes into the actual ground of your group, not the concept of it.

What your group leaves with

Not as theory.
As lived experience.

  • Clear communication that doesn't require heroic effort to maintain
  • A culture of care and competency that self-reinforces
  • Shared values written down and agreed to — not assumed
  • Defined meeting roles and structures your group can run independently
  • Tools for conflict resolution that actually get used
  • A single, unified direction that everyone has genuinely aligned to

Your group already has what it needs to thrive. What it may be missing is the structure that lets those things work together. That's what we build.

Ready to begin

One investment.

Your group is closer than
it thinks to working.

Most of what's needed is already present. The vision, the people, the care. What R.O.O.T. builds is the structure that lets all of it flow.
